Portland Limestone Cement (PLC)

Due to the light color of Limestone Cement it is preferable to use in wall plaster and also in tile manufacture and tile fixation, Moreover Limestone is preferable for use in the manufacture of bricks and in brick fixation.
The composition of Portland Limestone Cement shall be as follows:

Portland clinker 65 to 79%
Limestone 6 to 20%
Minor additional constituents

Portland Slag Cement

Slag cement is one from the promising type of cement due to it is property in the concrete which has sulfate and chloride resistance so it can be used beside the marine environment, slag cement has also low heat of hydration comparing to Portland cement so it can be used in the massive concrete .slag cement can use successfully in the pavement construction due to high abrasion resistance.

Portland Sulphate- resisting Cement (SRC)

Sulfate-Resisting Cement is used only in concrete exposed to severe sulfate action - principally where soils or groundwater has high sulfate content. It is specified with low Tricalcium Aluminate (C3A) content, generally less than 3.5%, as required when high sulfate resistance is needed.

Portland Slag Cement (PSC)

Slag Cement is a promising type of cement due to its property of having sulfate and chloride resistance. It can be used in marine environments because of this. Slag Cement also has low heat of hydration compared to Portland Cement so it can be used in massive concrete structures. Slag Cement can also be used successfully in pavement construction due to its high abrasion resistance.
