BACKGROUND

Previous to joining Lafarge, Zahra was the Director of People Operations in Talabat Egypt, where she is leading the company’s transformation from being a local startup to a regional market leader by fostering a high performance culture.

She was also the People Director at Careem, where she helped scale the tech company through people by focusing on agility.

Zahra holds an M.B.A in Global Management from ESLSCA Business School and a “Leadership with Influence” Certificate INSEAD business school.
