Rao brings over 39 years of vast, diverse, and global experience in cement industrial operations and manufacturing, having held key leadership roles at organizations including Holcim, ACC, Heidelberg Cement, and Ambuja Cement. His proven expertise in driving operational excellence and sustainable production will be instrumental in achieving our industrial targets.

Rao served as the Industrial Director for Nigeria at Lafarge Africa Plc. In his capacity, he led all industrial operations, focusing on operational excellence and plant transformation, delivering measurable success. He significantly elevated overall plant reliability and strategically utilized alternative raw materials, resulting in both increased performance benchmarks and sustainable business advantage.
