BACKGROUND

El Serafy joined Lafarge Egypt in 2012, he has international experience in peacekeeping where he participated in two United Nations Peacekeeping Missions, in East Timor (2001) and Darfur (2006). He also has 20 years of experience as a criminal investigator with the Egyptian National Police.

El Serafy has a Bachelor of Law and a Diploma of Police Science from the Egyptian Police Academy in 1995.
