Mentoring & Entrepreneurship Program

This project is an innovative volunteering program that trained Lafarge leaders/executives on mentoring and then assigned them for a one year program of mutual growth and development to mentor small and medium sized start-up business entrepreneurs. The project aimed at supporting and encouraging the development of sustainable and successful businesses in Egypt, while generating job opportunities. In 2018, Lafarge has repeated its mentoring experience with its team jointly with AWTAD Foundation to write down another success story in the journey of mentoring.
