BACKGROUND

Najib hold a State Engineering Degree in Process Engineering from ENSMR "école nationale supérieure des mines de Rabat" in 2003.

He has 19 years of experience in the cement industry as he joined Holcim group in 2003.

During his career, he held different operational positions in maintenance, production, process, quality control including cement plant Manager in different sites in Morocco.

He has a deep experience in commissioning of projects and change Management.
